They are one of the country’s largest privately owned plastic surgery and med spa practices. Another thing that adds to the team’s credibility is being recognized as a top 10 Allergan Aesthetics practice in the US.
Not only that, but we are also impressed that this company has been named the #1 Sciton HALO laser practice in the world in 2024. This shows us that they invest well in high-end laser and energy-based tech—and know how to use them at scale.
They mainly focus on facial and skin-tightening treatments like Ultherapy, but we like that they have many other offerings too. This includes surgical, non-surgical, and wellness services in their spa-like location.
And since CAPS is among the top-tier Columbus metro area providers, you can expect their Ultherapy to start at $750 for targeted areas like the brow or chin. This rate falls into the mid-to-high price tier in the city.
Nonetheless, someone we talked to noted that the staff’s high demand and busy schedule can mean longer wait times for some consults.

Jiva Med Spa is a full-service medical spa that focuses strongly on non-surgical treatments like Ultherapy. They also provide laser skin work, injectables, and body contouring, instead of traditional surgery.
The business was founded in 2008 under Eternal Impressions, LLC. Their founding philosophy from Dr. Rakesh Nanda is to provide the best skin treatments by well-trained pros in a comfortable setting with strong customer service.
Over time, they have grown into 4 locations around Columbus and other cities. Their Columbus med spa was then remodeled and relaunched in 2020 as a new and improved space designed specifically for relaxing, high-end treatments.
Just note that they are often perceived to have a more aggressive pricing model that relies on monthly specials and memberships. The team charges from $500 for targeted areas, lower than other clinics. Meanwhile, their membership starts at $49 per month.
We like that members can get 10 to 20% off on all services too. This can potentially bring the cost of a full face treatment down by several hundred dollars.
And since this med spa heavily leans on marketing and promotions, a few clients told us about experiencing sales pressure or pushy upselling at times.

Their Medical Directors, like Dr. Erin Olah and Dr. Bakos, oversee a team of advanced practitioners. Together, they offer many treatments, including CoolSculpting, microneedling, and more.
Due to these comprehensive services, it’s no wonder that regulars don’t mind the distance. This clinic is roughly only 15 to 20 minutes northwest of central Columbus (or 13 to 15 miles) by car.
As for their rates, expect $2,500 to $4,500 for a full-face treatment. These fees generally fall into a mid-to-high price tier in the Columbus market.
They charge a $60 for consultation fee upfront as well. It’s great that if you move forward with treatment or they can’t treat your concern, the full amount is credited back to your account.
Additionally, we like that the staff offers new payment options via a financing partner like Cherry. This lets patients break up costs into monthly payments.
However, some individuals we interviewed have had issues with the front desk staff, who have been described as unfriendly or unwelcoming.
