One of my favorite things to do is going to a day spa in Columbus, especially when I need to feel like myself again after a long stretch of everything else taking priority.
It doesn’t always have to be fancy, just enough to feel like you actually had a good rest and reset. So, if you also haven’t felt relaxed in a while, here are the spots you can check out.
How much do day spa services cost in Columbus?
Day spa services in Columbus typically range from $60 to $200 per session. The final price depends on the type of service, session length, and any additional add-ons selected.
1. Panacea Luxury Spa

Founded in 2023, Panacea Luxury Spa has quickly gained popularity and even won several industry awards. Its signature “Rasul Mud Ritual” was even featured on Netflix’s Love is Blind.
The spa offers a comprehensive menu of clinical, holistic, and traditional spa treatments that are designed to heal and rejuvenate the body. Their massage services alone have over 20 varieties, including prenatal and couples massages.
As a high-end wellness facility, we were not surprised to find out that its price range is on the expensive side. Standard services already range from $100 to $250 for a 60-minute session.
That said, many guests feel the experience is worth splurging on, especially for special occasions.
Not to mention, all scheduled treatments include full access to the spa’s premium amenities, such as the rooftop patio and the cocktail bar—so in a sense, you’re not just paying for the treatments.
But if you’re planning to be a regular customer, you can take advantage of the membership to unlock discounts and booking perks.
I felt like a queen while getting pampered
“This was my first time visiting Panacea Luxury Spa, and I absolutely adored it!! I felt like a queen while getting pampered all afternoon. I first used the amenities, including the cold plunge, jacuzzi, and salt sauna. All of them were clean spaces and helped me relax before my appointments. I booked a Chocolate Covered Strawberry body wrap and a 60-minute relaxation massage. Both were heavenly! I had Taylor for the wrap, and she walked me through each step. My body was instantly at peace, and I left the session fully relaxed. I will definitely book this experience again! Next, I had Kaylee for my massage! She focused on my back, shoulders, and feet – it was exactly what my body needed!! I cannot wait to return to this beautiful space! Open Days Spa was founded in 2005 and is well-regarded among locals for offering quality treatments without the ultra-luxury price tag. Many clients even mention being regular visitors for over a decade, highlighting its long-standing reputation and customer loyalty.
What we like is how customizable many of their treatments are, particularly the massages and facials. Some of their services include Swedish massage, HydraFacials, nails, and more.
But their signature is the Ashiatsu massage, a deep-tissue compression performed with the therapist’s feet.
As mentioned, Open Days Spa is known for its affordable prices. Treatments start at $50 for individual sessions, while multi-service bundles range from $145 to $700. You can also pre-pay in bulk to reduce the per-visit cost.
They don’t offer memberships or flexible financing options, but they do offer weekly specials on select services.
The only downside is that sometimes, notices for booking confirmations or rescheduled treatments aren’t relayed on time.

“Feeling fantastic after my prenatal massage. Peyton did a great job and was absolutely nice, knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. Focused on neck, shoulders, and back (he found all the tight spots and the massage definitely left me feeling better and relaxed) in postures suitable for pregnancy. Light use of oil and supportive pillows- wedges, knee support available. Definitely recommend him to everyone and I’d love to go again as well!”

Papillon has been operating for 18 years and offers a wide range of spa treatments, including skincare, bodywork, and hair services.
What sets them apart is their signature seasonal massage packages. These rotating monthly and quarterly specials often combine a full-body massage with add-ons such as aromatherapy and heat therapy, creating a more customized and indulgent experience.
But if we talk about what they’re really famous for, the Papillon experience won’t be complete without getting the mani-pedi combo. They usually come with massages, heated towels, and sugar scrub.
As a boutique spa, guests often describe the atmosphere as intimate and highly welcoming. Not to mention their prices are pretty affordable. For example, the standard massage starts at $85, while couples’ massages range from $150 to $300.
Complimentary drinks and slippers are also provided on every visit.
The only concern is that the technicians sometimes gossip during sessions, which makes some clients uncomfortable.

As a premium luxury spa, individual services typically start at around $135, while couples’ packages can exceed $700. They’re definitely on the expensive side, though many guests feel the amenities justify the cost.
You get complimentary drinks, robes, and longer pre-treatment relaxation time.
They do offer special deals from time to time. Plus, high-value cards you can use for gifting or to purchase their products.

“This is my second time coming back to Woodhouse-Dublin as a birthday gift and I love it! They do a very good job of making you feel comfortable and pampered. I love that there is plenty of staff to assist and answer any questions along the way; you never feel lost or confused. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the massage is perfect every time! Did not disappoint
“Best Massage ever…Great first-time facial. From my entry into Woodhouse until I left, I felt pampered. The atmosphere is clean, timely, professional and so relaxing. The place is well-known for its customized treatments, with a menu spanning a wide range of services. It includes clinical skincare, massages, and specialized therapies.
To personalize the treatment, we like them to have a very thorough consultation beforehand. The aestheticians will first conduct a physical evaluation and assess your medical history. They can adjust the techniques and products for your session.
Even after the service, some clients shared that the team will build a plan detailing their home-care routine and future appointment schedule.
For those who get massages often, Hand & Stone can be a great option due to their prices. First of all, introductory massage and facial rates are usually lower, and membership unlocks discounted prices to encourage regular visits.
Not to mention, membership credits and discounts are accepted in all their locations nationwide.
The only drawback is that they appear to have occasional overbooking issues, which can lead to last-minute appointment cancellations.
