Stor All has operated since 1971, establishing itself as a longstanding provider serving both individuals and businesses. This includes couriers and commercial movers needing reliable storage.
They take pride in providing a climate-controlled environment and a high level of security. This includes electronic gates and keypad entry, which we reckon some competitors lack.
And while their primary service is self-storage, we appreciate that they also provide vehicle storage and truck rental options.
The process typically involves selecting a unit size and signing a lease that’s often month-to-month. For us, gaining 24/7 access here (depending on the specific gate code) is quite handy as well.
As for the costs, they vary by unit size and time of year. Still, many clients told us that they are generally competitive in the city.
The only thing we are disappointed about is that a former client shared that his unit was smaller than expected. To avoid miscommunication, we feel it’s best to check the unit firsthand before signing anything.

Their facility is massive—it’s 110,000 sq. ft. large with 592 versatile units. They also offer both climate-controlled and drive-up options, ensuring flexibility for various storage needs.
What we like the most, though, is their handy drive-up access for all units. Meaning, customers can park their vehicle directly in front of their unit without navigating inside hallways.
A client we spoke with says this comes with a seamless online reservation and payment system too. For us, this shows how effective and efficient they are.
However, this provider’s climate control can be faulty at times. Though this is rare, we still recommend thoroughly checking any unit you get upon visit.

Their unit prices vary ($21 up to $260 per month), but many clients vouch for their transparent and competitive pricing with no hidden fees.
The only concern we have is their proximity to the road. In our view, this may cause some noise for those storing sensitive items, like fragile glassware, artworks, and antiques.

Their 100% climate-controlled units are crucial for preserving sensitive items such as electronics, documents, and wood furniture.
They also cater to a wide range of needs, offering RV and boat parking alongside standard storage. Other than that, we find their contactless renting and online payment options helpful for those who want speedier transactions.
However, you will need to contact them directly for specific rates. Still, we bet you will like that their facility offers no-deposit move-ins and no hidden charges.
Another drawback is that a client we spoke with found the company’s rates higher than those of other budget competitors. This would still depend on the specific features of the unit you care about, though.

Tri-Village Self Storage is pretty unique in the Midwest for its sophisticated wine storage facility. Apart from a dedicated wine storage area, we love that they even offer on-site wine tasting and meeting rooms for a comprehensive experience.
Established in 2015 and opened in 2016, this multi-million dollar facility is designed specifically for cleanliness, security, and convenience.
While it’s convenient that the team provides moving supplies for purchase during office hours, we are glad they also have a 24/7 kiosk. This gives clients 24-hour access to rent space, buy locks, and pay bills—amazing for busy individuals.
On top of that, it helps that they are an authorized U-Haul dealer, allowing clients to reserve rental trucks and trailers on-site.
Their rates start from $50 and can go up to $210 depending on unit size and type. This is generally considered competitive for the downtown area.
But since wine storage is their main selling point, they naturally don’t offer much on other items. Even if you manage to store your stuff in here, we think the facility is over-equipped for that.
