I had a vintage watch repaired here a few years ago, and knowing it stayed with their trained on-site craftspeople gave me real peace of mind.
The company has also been around since 1947, which adds to the sense of stability.
Their team includes staff with Gemological Institute of America (GIA) credentials, and they carry exclusive luxury brands like Tudor and David Yurman.
The drawback is that some walk-in customers say the floor experience can feel cold, especially if they don’t already have a buying history with the store.

It’s also impressive that this family-owned spot has been serving the community for over 30 years, with expert certification from their in-house Graduate Gemologist.
However, because they focus on stocking very limited quantities, hesitation might cost you your favorite find. If you love a piece in the display case, it probably won’t be restocked once it sells.
Their operating schedule is a bit tight as well, as they’re only open Wednesdays through Saturdays.

The downside is that they have scaled back some services, including certain watch repairs. You also need to visit on a weekday because the shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
