Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM; Friday, 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM; Saturday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Tiger + Lily serves a modern, bistro-style take on traditional Asian dishes, which makes it convenient for nearby office workers and casual dinner plans.
The menu has plenty of appetizers, noodle bowls, rice bowls, and signature entrees, so it is easy to find something for different cravings. I usually lean toward the spicy bowls when I want a lunch that actually feels filling.
I also love how they make pickup simple through online ordering, and their catering services in Columbus can help with a corporate meal or small event.
Just note that they open at noon on weekends, so they’re not for your weekend brunch.

Innovative Ramen and Great Service
Came to this great Asian restaurant several times. They have a great bar and a clean dining room. They have got innovative ramen, rice bowl, and boba tea. I have tried their tiger signature ramen and Tantan noodle. The noodle tastes not bad but the price is sort of high. The broth is flavorful with several toppings. Marinated eggs and mushrooms are impressive. Lemongrass rice tasted mediocre with sticky rice. Service is great. WiFi is not provided.

Delicious Nut-Free Spot for the Family
Finally an Asian restaurant that is NUT-FREE! My family loves all Asian food but we always have to be very clear about our daughters peanut allergy and worry about cross contamination. The food was delicious, service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere is great (casual but still has a nice vibe). We got the Korean bbq fries, ramen, and a bowl. Loved it all. We also got two bubble teas to go. This is our new go-to Asian spot that our whole family can enjoy.

2. Tai’s Asian Bistro & Sushi

Website: https://www.taisasianbistrocbus.com/
Address: 1285 W Lane Ave
Contact: (614) 485-0016 | Sushi-only line: (614) 947-0187 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Saturday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Sunday, 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
When a sushi craving hits hard, I want a kitchen that pays attention to fresh ingredients and clean flavors.
Tai’s Asian Bistro & Sushi on West Lane Avenue fits that mood, especially if you’re near campus and need something filling without making dinner feel complicated.
Their menu includes sushi, nigiri, combination platters, bubble tea, pho, and familiar Chinese dishes, making it a good fit for mixed groups.
I’ve grabbed takeout here several times, and the nigiri assortments have always tasted clean and carefully prepared.
The setup is also practical, with online ordering and a separate phone line for sushi-only requests. The downside is that some specialty drinks listed online, like Vietnamese iced coffee, may be out of stock.

Outstanding Pho and Top-Notch Service Near Campus
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tai’s Asian Bistro in Columbus, Ohio, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The pho was outstanding – flavorful and satisfying – and the service was top-notch. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate my needs.
The restaurant is located close to the campus and has a happening atmosphere, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend Tai’s Asian Bistro to anyone looking for a delicious meal and great service in Columbus.

Fast Counter Service, Excellent Food Quantity
Very good Asian Restaurant. Lots of good food. We went for New Years Day Lunch. Fairly busy, but not too long of a wait. The amount and quality of food was excellent. You order at the counter and you pick up your food when your buzzer lights up. So if you want your Chinese dishes fast and in large quantities, this is the place to go. Prices pretty standard, so you’re not breaking the bank. Where you Ave money is not having to tip any wait staff since there aren’t any.

3. Bonifacio

Website: https://bonifacio614.com/
Address: 1577 King Ave
Contact: (614) 914-8115
Hours: Tuesday-Wednesday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Thursday-Friday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Saturday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Bonifacio is the kind of place I’d choose when I want something that feels different from the usual dinner rotation.
This King Avenue restaurant focuses on homemade, traditional Filipino dishes and has helped make Filipino food more visible among restaurants in Columbus.
The Kamayan feasts are especially memorable because they feel communal, colorful, and made for sharing. The kitchen also plays with adventurous twists on familiar dishes, while the dessert options give the meal a fun finish.
It’s a welcoming spot for casual weekend plans, but planning ahead matters. Their online dine-in hours can be a little confusing, and takeout ends at 8:00 PM, so late-evening ordering isn’t really an option.

Unique Taste, Great Halo Halo Dessert
Bonifacio is a unique Asian restaurant in Columbus. Every dish has a unique taste and appearance. Their taste was great but lower than what I expected, since they looked so fancy. I love their ice cream dessert Halo Halo the most since there are lots of different kinds of candies and toppings with decent shaved ice.
It is always packed during dinner time. It may take a few minutes to wait for a seat. But there are few ppl during lunch time. Items in lunch menu are always great serving with rice and salad side.

Filipino Cuisine is a Welcome Addition
Their bonifacio is TO DIE FOR. Honestly, everything on their menu is great! Just pick something you feel like having and you won’t be disappointed. So glad to see Filipino cuisine hit Columbus! They’re definitely adding to the growing mix of cuisines in this city and I hope to see them expand and do exceptionally well in this community! I am all for more South East Asian tastes in Cbus!

4. Akai Hana

Website: https://akaihana.japanmarketplace.com/
Address: 1173 Old Henderson Rd
Contact: (614) 451-5411
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Friday-Saturday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Sunday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Akai Hana feels like a better fit when I want a more traditional Japanese dinner instead of a quick mixed menu. The restaurant puts real effort into sourcing seafood, and the sushi feels especially focused because trained sushi chefs handle the preparation.
I also like that the menu isn’t limited to raw fish. Diners who want something cooked can choose options like Berkshire pork loin, made-to-order tempura, and neatly presented meals with customary sides.
However, Akai Hana states that it doesn’t offer a gluten-free menu, which can make planning harder for diners with dietary restrictions. It has also moved away from lunch service, so it works best as a dinner destination.

Unique Sushi Rolls and Creative Presentation
Our 2nd favorite sushi restaurant in Columbus. Akai Hana’s rolls are uniquely tasty and creatively presented in comparison with other sushi joints. We want to come back and get one of their “sushi boats” with some of our friends 🙂 Afterwards, it’s well worth checking out the Asian grocery store next door for fun, hard-to-find Asian food items

5. Bendi Wok N’ Bar

Website: https://www.bendiwoknbar.com/
Address: 277 E Livingston Ave
Contact: (614) 754-7040
Hours: Monday-Thursday & Sunday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Friday-Saturday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Bendi Wok N’ Bar is a good pick when I want Asian fusion that feels a little more social than a standard takeout night. The menu brings together wok-fired dishes, familiar Chinese and Japanese influences, and craft cocktails in a setting that feels polished but still relaxed.
Its location near Nationwide Children’s Hospital is convenient, and the restaurant offers discounts for healthcare employees. It also works for larger gatherings, with shareable catering plates and private event options for groups.
The menu is customizable, which I like, but the add-ons can quickly change the final bill. For instance, fried rice substitutions cost extra, and proteins aren’t included in the base price of some noodle dishes.

Cute and Cozy with Perfect Green Curry
This place is very cute and cozy. A good Asian restaurant. I like their seatings, and they always have anime running on the television. Their green chicken curry was perfect, and we also liked their lettuce wraps. I guess they also have happy hours.

Excellent Service and American-Style Dishes
This is a charming Asian fusion restaurant with a beautiful dining room and large screens. I ordered their Bendi signature chicken noodle and fried tofu. The tofu tasted good with decent sweet chili sauce as an appetizer. Their noodle was flavorful with many vegetables. But, all dishes were more like American style and not impressive. Anyway, the service and atmosphere were excellent. WiFi was fast.
