“I’ve never left a review, but these guys really stood out to me. Had a washer issue that’s apparently fairly common. Their technician, Greg, called me with his ETA and also asked some basic questions about the issue. Within just a few minutes, he very confidently told me that he knew exactly what the issue was, and very affirmatively told me that if he shows up he’ll just be repeating the same information in person but it would obviously cost the standard diagnostics fee. Greg could’ve easily avoided telling me this and come and run his standard service and charged money for it.
