Came through for me the same day

These folks are great! Professional, thorough, and FAST. The Computer Store came through for me the same day, after MicroCenter said it would take 8 weeks to repair the power jack on my laptop! Very nice local shop, maybe a bit hard to find, but well worth the effort. Highly recommend for tech repairs!

The laptop works like new

The Computer Store did excellent work for me. I had a broken MacBook display that was out of warranty. They charged 38% less than other local computer repair centers and completed it in a timely fashion. They also found a better deal on the replacement display and made sure to pass the savings on to me. The laptop works like new. Overall, I’m very pleased. Great work. Great service.

A quick repair

I brought my laptop here due to it freezing up and crashing constantly, despite all my troubleshooting efforts. Zack was very helpful and professional throughout the process. It turned out I needed to replace the hard drive, and he explained all my options to me. In the end, I was only charged for the diagnostic service, since it ended up being a quick swap out for the new drive. I highly recommend this location to anyone on or near OSU campus in need of a quick repair.

Kindly walking me through the price to fix the screen altogether

I came in with a cracked laptop touch screen, making my mouse impossible to use. Zach helped me out by showing me how to turn off the touch screen function (free of charge) and kindly walking me through the price to fix the screen altogether.

This is just one of many times that the nice folks at this location saved my work day with quick, free of charge, fixes! I’m definitely going to come here to have my screen fixed when I can go a few days without a working device!!

Called tech support, got in with a very short wait

Always courteous and kind. I took my old dusty tower in for repair but so old no parts. Had them back up my docs and went in to buy a new laptop. Got the laptop home and was unable to find key for our virus scan. Called tech support, got in with a very short wait. She asked a few questions and got us what we needed. It’s all set up and ready to go. Than kick a to my friends at Micro Center, dublin oh.

Went on to see about getting a new battery for my laptop

Went on to see about getting a new battery for my laptop. They thought it would be more than a battery problem and it would take a few days to check and fix. Since I live closer to a micro center near Columbus I told them I would check the other store.

Customer Reviews

Very polite and sympathetic toward my computer issue

This was, without a doubt, the fastest I’ve ever had someone help me with a computer (or any repair, to be honest). I called him around 4:30pm on a Tuesday, explained my problem, dropped my son off at baseball, texted him that I was home… and he was here less than a half-hour later. He was very polite and sympathetic toward my computer issue. He exhausted every possible solution and was very thorough and very professional. I certainly appreciate his assistance (and patience) with a 22-year-old laptop! Highly recommend.

Very fast and professional

Contacted Adam about repair on my laptop. He was very fast and professional . He did everything remotely so I didn’t have to take time to travel and drop it off. He fixed the issues quickly and made sure I was satisfied with his services before ending our session. I highly recommend him!
