I had a wonderful experience. I was helped on a timely fashion. I picked the wrong frames for me face. The optician technician told me that is the wrong frames. She picked the correct frames two pairs for $20 more which was fairly affordable. I had such a great experience. Same day glasses with lens it took 15 minutes for one pair and 26 minutes for the second pair. It was a great experience
I was traveling and had a glasses malfunction that left me needing a new pair. The problem was that I was limited on time and needed to keep moving. Maxine was able to help me find the perfect pair. She was very professional and patient with me while I took forever to decide. I actually purchased two pairs (NEW sunglasses) and they were both ready in 19 MINUTES!!
