Easily accommodated adjustments to our plans
We just moved back to Central Ohio and used PetSuites to board our cat for a long weekend. Very friendly. Easily accommodated adjustments to our plans. I liked that it was very clean and large enough for space for cats separate from the dogs. We are already scheduled to use them again

The space is clean
I boarded my cat here for about 2 weeks. I was very nervous going into it because I had never boarded him before. They did a great job. The space is clean (you can even drop in for a tour unannounced before booking to see it) and I received calls when he wasn’t eating at first. The employees I interacted with all seemed caring. I would board here again if I ever need it!

2. Pet Palace – Columbus

Address: 2800 Ole Country Lane
Contact: 614-503-4330
Hours: Mon-Sat 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sun 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
If your cat likes to stick to its usual routine, Pet Palace – Columbus is a great option.
Cats can stay in a standard townhome or a Royal Cat Suite. Every room is climate-controlled and comes with soft bedding to help your cat stay comfortable.
One feature that stands out is their custom care plans. The staff follows your cat’s feeding schedule and medical history to help maintain their routine.
They also track your cat’s daily behavior and administer oral medication at no extra cost. Some suites even include webcam access, so you can check on your pet while you’re away.
However, one thing to consider is that some customers said feeding instructions weren’t always followed exactly. Recent staff changes may have also led to uneven service at times.

Taken care of and was very happy
Great services for pets. We had a grooming session for our cat and she was taken care of and was very happy. Boarding and play group services are nice and used by few of our friends at this location. Staff is really good.

Great for my cats and for socialization
Over the years, all three of my cats have had the loving care of boarding at the Pet Palace by the airport. There is a closer airport to where I live but I choose to drive a ways to fly out of Columbus because of the Pet Palace. I highly recommend the one-on-one play time—great for my cats and for socialization. Pet Palace at the airport is wonderful!

Everyone was so nice
Dr. Guess and her staff made our first visit just wonderful. We took our 17 yr old cat in for a check up and if she could talk I’m sure she would agree. Everyone was so nice and compassionate.
5 stars across the board!

You won’t regret it!
Dr. Cohn and her team are AMAZING! My 11-year-old cat, Susan :), was very sick when she came to Dr. Cohn for the first time. Dr. Cohn was able to diagnose the problem that my previous vet couldn’t, and she’s now healthy and well again and has been for over a year. Because she is now on a twice daily insulin regime, I frequently board her when I am traveling, and the vet techs take such great care of her despite her being NOT happy to be there 🙂 You should definitely take your kitty to Purrfect Care, you won’t regret it!

The flexibility of All Tails team is very much appreciated
We had a relative with health issues who needed to board her cat. We have boarded our dog with All Tails previously, and they were very helpful, taking the cat on right away while we figured out how to help our relative navigate her health situation. The flexibility of All Tails team is very much appreciated.

I received constant pictures and updates via text message
A fantastic place to board your pets. We left for a two week long vacation and left our senior dog and cat in a deluxe suite together. I received constant pictures and updates via text message. I am so appreciative of everything they did for our babies! Would definitely recommend. They are fantastic

5. Cats Only Veterinary Clinic

Website: https://catsonlyvc.com/
Address: 3416 Riverside Drive
Contact: 614-412-9096
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Cats Only Veterinary Clinic is a good choice if you want your cat to stay at a veterinary clinic while you’re away.
I’ve found that they offer boarding with veterinary care, so your cat stays away from dogs.
The cozy suites also have hidey boxes and raised perches to help cats feel safe and comfortable.
As an AAFP Gold Standard practice, they use pheromone diffusers and gentle handling to help lower stress during each stay.
You can also book dental cleaning or professional grooming while your cat is boarding. That makes it easy to address multiple needs in a single visit.
On the downside, boarding is only for current patients of the clinic. Some owners also said they didn’t always get clear updates about charges or medical test results when picking up their cats.

Makes me feel reassured
Friendly team, ample appointment availability and they offer boarding. It was important to me to have my pet cared for by responsible hands when I’m out of town and the fact their trained makes me feel reassured.

Communication from the staff was wonderful
Dr. Sparks and all of the techs have been lifesavers. My kitty had a very uphill battle when we came in, which was she was very honest about, and that is so appreciated. I’ve not felt pressured to make any decisions, just supported. When she had to stay for a few days, the communication from the staff was wonderful, including pictures and videos that meant a lot to me. I am positive they have all saved my girls life and my whole family will always be very grateful for that.
