Customer Reviews:
It was AWESOME
Coliseum X hosted a team building event for my group; it was AWESOME! This was a fantastic event and everyone had a great time! None of us had ever thrown axes before and we talked about how we want to do this again soon. The staff was very helpful and gave great instructions on how to throw the axes and how to play the different games. I can’t wait to do this again! I highly recommend that you bring your coworkers or friends here and do this. You won’t regret it!

2. Breakout Games

Website: https://www.breakoutgames.com/columbus
Address: 835 Grandview Avenue
Contact: 614-796-4073
Hours: Daily: 10 AM–11 PM
Teams looking to sharpen their critical thinking skills will love Breakout Games’ story-driven, immersive 60-minute escape rooms. They’re specifically designed with built-in corporate problem-solving and collaboration elements.
When I joined a session here recently, the sheer detail of the puzzles forced us to communicate under pressure. The scenarios truly require everyone to pitch in and share clues to find a way out.
You can book flexible custom game times during the standard work week, making it easy to schedule around busy calendars.
The only downside is that each room maxes out at eight people total. If you have a massive staff, you’ll have to split into multiple separate groups, which breaks up the collective company experience.
Customer Reviews:
Would definitely go back
We had a great time! It was a team building activity for my staff. We did the Kidnapping. The room design and props were great. Interesting puzzles and we learned who the creative problem solvers were in the group! It was very clean and we started right on time. The staff there was professional and helped us with clues when needed so we were challenged yet could keep going! It was centrally located and had plenty of parking. I would definitely go back.

Fun time
This was such a great and fun time! We had John as our guide and he made our experience quite enjoyable. He made it seem very real life (did it virtually) and it was amazing. I will definitely be recommending this to other colleagues of mine. Great team building activity!

Address: 341 S 3rd St #100-262
Contact: 614-795-4263
Hours: Daily: 8:00 am –11:00 pm
With this service, led by owner Maurice, you can skip the hassle of coordinating office travel.
Buckeye Mobile Entertainment features a fully self-powered, climate-controlled mobile entertainment service that brings video game trucks and pop-up laser tag directly to your workplace.
The stadium-style seating inside the truck accommodates up to 28 guests at once, complete with an on-board generator for year-round comfort.
Plus, they provide a dedicated game coach to guide the team through outdoor laser tag rounds, making the whole experience completely hands-off for organizers.
However, you’ll need a massive parking lot or a large open outdoor field at your office to accommodate the vehicles. If your business is located in a dense downtown zone without a dedicated outdoor space, booking this mobile option simply won’t work out.

Anyone looking for a futuristic challenge will love this high-tech active gaming facility. Activate Games lets teams choose between cooperative or competitive 60-minute gameplay styles.
A colleague of mine told me their team had an amazing time rotating through the different glowing grid rooms. The endless variety of level combinations keeps everyone on their toes and totally engaged.
The facility easily scales up to handle 22 teams simultaneously, making it great for company-wide mingling. There’s also a private lounge space where you can relax or enjoy catered food after your session.
But be prepared to sweat, because the intense physical games require physical exertion that might not be comfortable or suitable for everyone.

Great place to have some fun, test our athleticism & either work together or compete in some fun games. Most games can be played with 3 – 5 players, so if you have a big group, you just have to split people up so everyone gets to play. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great group gathering or fun date idea. Activate the fun with Activate Columbus!

ZipZone Outdoor Adventures is Central Ohio’s largest forest climbing park. They offer fully guided canopy zip line tours and a 60-challenge tree-top obstacle course.
It’s a peaceful setting that feels worlds away from the city, almost like walking through the beautiful botanical gardens in Columbus.
The professional guides manage all the safety and braking systems, letting your crew focus completely on cheering each other on. And I love how groups can gather afterward in the sheltered tent areas to eat lunch and chat about their favorite moments.
However, you need to verify everyone’s comfort levels and physical metrics beforehand. Participation is subject to strict age and weight requirements, meaning anyone who falls outside these limits will have to sit this one out.

Highly recommend
I recently visited ZipZone with a group of co-workers and we all LOVED it! We were looking for a team building activity and ZipZone was perfect. We had two tour guides and they were great. They were very thorough in showing us how to do everything, yet entertaining. I felt really safe yet it was still thrilling. I highly recommend ZipZone Canopy tours for your next adventure!
