The staff is very knowable, friendly, and mature and goes out of their way to service their clients. White’s is far more than a place to fill your prescription. Whites could be your source for all hard-to-find items and durable medical goods needs, wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers. Buy or rent, and they work with all insurance plans. White’s stocks a wide range of bandages, dressings or almost anything your medical needs require. Pharmacists are a joy, and if they can save you money, they do. The balance of the staff is very knowledgeable and anxious to help you. White’s is a Hallmark store with cards and Christmas Ornaments. Whites also do prescription deliveries. One thing I like is how connected everything is. Their pharmacists actually coordinate with physicians, which makes things like prior authorizations and refills less of a hassle.
Plus, the RxLocal app lets you handle almost everything from your phone, including messaging the pharmacy directly.
Equitas also goes beyond the basics with vaccinations and access to programs that help lower medication costs. It’s especially helpful if you’re juggling multiple prescriptions or managing care for a family.
That said, it’s not always seamless. Some people have experienced delays, like arriving for a refill only to find it hasn’t been processed yet.

“Hands down best pharmacy in Columbus! The staff here are always willing to take time to answer your questions or try and find the best prices for your meds. They also have better prices than comparable pharmacies. If you identify as LGBTQ, they have some of the most knowledgeable and affirming staff. They also offer delivery monthly, so you don’t have to pick up your meds. Parking is almost always open, but there is street parking close by if not.”

However, updating orders can sometimes be frustrating because changes don’t reflect correctly right away.

They have been doing this since 1997, so that’s nearly three decades of experience behind what they do.
Their work includes adjusting dosages. Pharmacists here can combine multiple medications into one, or even change the form into creams, gels, or liquids for patients who can’t take pills.
Central Ohio can also remove allergens or unnecessary additives, which is especially helpful for those with sensitivities.
The founder, Tony Buchta, brings over 25 years of experience and has been recognized with the Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award. He’s also served on the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, which adds credibility to the practice.
Of course, that level of customization comes at a cost, making it more expensive than standard pharmacies.

Jonathan the pharmacist was helpful explaning the details of what was involved with serum tears Arena Pharmacy is one of the few local pharmacies that provide this service it is a compounding pharmacy which provides a service that is sometimes sent out however the service provided is over $100 less to have the procedure done locally than to have it sent out another advantage is the service is preformed in a few hours versus overnight . They took the time to help me and answer my questions, and if the person I was talking to didn’t know the answer they transfered me to someone who did.
