We think they are pretty efficient, as these contractors are highly skilled in speedy combined fence and deck repairs.
More than that, we are impressed that they offer numerous other services. You can get their help with staining, waterproofing, and pressure washing.
Pricing-wise, their typical repairs range from $623 to $2,323, with an average of $1,421. These are lower than other local bids for similar work.
But do keep in mind that there’s a $1,000 minimum project fee here for some repair or installation projects.

“We have a 25 year old deck that had some boards popping up. Googling “deck repair”, I found some sketchy companies with no reviews, and other companies that wouldn’t do any repairs under $3,000, or just quote me a new deck. We weren’t prepared to do the complete replacement yet. I found Fence-N-Deck Doctors, and couldn’t be happier. Jef came out right away, and quoted. There was a $1,000 minimum, but we had enough additional repair to get to that price point. Joe came out a few weeks later to see the job, and order materials. They came back the next week while I was gone, and did all the repairs in an hour. They sent me photos of the finished job, and cleaned up perfectly. They even were able to replace an old rotted access door to some bathroom mechanicals under the deck. They used composite to prevent future rot. In addition, they removed an unsecure step board, cleaned it up, and reinstalled it. They exceeded my expectations. We also feel reassured by their free on-site estimates. The crew offers 3D CAD designs, as well as transparent, detailed quotes to ensure clients are well-informed.

But what we like most about them is their flexibility with porch and sunroom designs. They have multi-material expertise applicable to wood, PVC, metal, and cable, making them cater to almost any client vision.
The company has also been serving Central Ohio with its founder, John Stark, showcasing how hands-on and personal he is with clients.
Other than that, their custom focus steers away from having a fixed price list. But as per their previous projects, they usually handle those ranging from $14,000 to over $65,000 for larger, custom additions.
Still, there can be concerns during peak seasons. A homeowner we had a chat with reported experiencing a lead time of at least 8 weeks before construction began. So for us, it’s best to plan well in advance if you’re interested in working with their crew.
