“Best experience I’ve ever had with computer / electronic help! I brought 2 laptops in (my old one I had been using for several years) and my new one which wasn’t working as well as I had hoped (however I could’ve just brought in my old one and gotten it upgraded there instead of getting a new laptop had I known about this place before.)
I had them check & remove any viruses & malware / spyware from each computer as well as clear the old one and switch to a Linux based operating system. They also extracted my data from the old laptop and put it on the new one and then upgraded the RAM and overall storage capacity of the Old Laptop. I brought it in to them on a Monday evening and by Tuesday afternoon the next day it was done. The owner Saed and his staff are very friendly as well. Very satisfied! Much more personal, custom and timely than a place like Micro-center. Highly recommend!”

“My tech Brian went above and beyond to try and repair my/son’s gaming laptop. I was borrowing it because my laptop lost a battle with a glass of water.
My place of purchase and the account I actively had in their Geek Squad program didn’t qualify as it had been 2 years from date of purchase. 7 days before, it had lost its warranty.
The only and best thing they had to say was to try ubreakifix and from the moment I stepped in, Brian stepped up! He pitched the Assurion warranty, which is amazing, described some scenarios of what they would try and gave me the heads up on his being out of the office and will start the fix himself.

“Dropped my Omen laptop off and just a day later they had problem solved and fixxed everything wrong with it, not only that but they also did’nt charge me beyond the original diagnostic price since it was so simple for them to fix. My brother had an issue with his phone a few months back and they solved it within minutes of him coming into the store and charged him nothing for the help as well which is how I learned about this place.
