We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Comprehensive Care: We prioritized clinics that offer a wide range of treatments under one roof, so clients can address multiple problems without having to see different providers.

Client Reviews: We reviewed patient testimonials and paid close attention to recurring praise, particularly regarding professionalism, care, and results.

Technology: We also looked into each clinic’s use of modern, advanced technology in their treatment methods to ensure safer procedures and shorter recovery times.

Personalized Plan: We considered those who tailor treatments to individuals rather than offering generic solutions.

As someone who considers skincare an investment, I’ve always taken my routines seriously. My day will start and end the same way: making sure my skin feels nourished and healthy.

Over time, this led me to explore aesthetic clinics in Columbus that complement my regimen, maybe even take a risk and go for a total transformation. I’m keeping my options open, but only with specialists who prioritize thoughtful care.

After looking closely at different providers, these are the names that really stood out during our search. I can attest that you’ll get quality products and services from them.

How much does aesthetic care cost in Columbus?

The cost of aesthetic care in Columbus varies by treatment type and provider. For example, non-invasive procedures can cost $600-$950 per session, while surgeries range from $3,000 to $19,000.

1. Monarch Aesthetic Medicine

Rather than a drastic, over-the-top transformation, Monarch Aesthetic Medicine focuses on regenerative aesthetics, providing treatments that encourage the skin to repair itself from within.

The treatments they offer are fairly extensive, covering the face and scalp. This includes CoolSculpting Elite (non-invasive fat reduction), sclerotherapy, and laser hair removal.

Alongside injectables, their biostimulants, such as Sculptra, are also popular for helping the body naturally rebuild its own collagen.

But before anything else, you’ll first start with a thorough consultation where your facial structure and skin goals are assessed, so they can plan the best program for your needs.

While the doctors and results are great overall, the same can’t be said for the front desk experience. Occasionally, the receptionist can come across as abrasive, making patients feel uncomfortable.

Still, what clients appreciate most is that the clinic offers a membership program that lets them save money for future services, making maintenance more convenient.

Pros

  • Regenerative focus
  • Extensive treatments
  • Comprehensive aesthetic care
  • Convenient membership program

Cons

  • Front desk experience can feel unfriendly at times

Definitely will be back

“I had such a great experience at Monarch! I’ve been getting Botox for a while, but wanted to treat some additional areas. Heather was so knowledgeable and personable that it made the whole experience really comfortable. Definitely will be back!”

Heather was very personable, professional, and honest

“Great experience! Heather was very personable, professional, and honest with me about her opinion. I felt very taken care of with 0 pressure to buy anything else. We started very conservative with my dysport and I’m very excited to see how the results unfold.”

2. Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS)

Address: 5005 Arlington Centre Blvd, Upper Arlington

Phone: +16146189282

Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4 PM

Website

Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery is one of the Midwest’s most prominent aesthetic and plastic surgery groups, with over 50 years of experience. In fact, they’re one of the top 10 providers in the nation for Botox and facial fillers.

The sheer variety of treatments available here is enough to make our heads spin. They offer the full scope of surgical procedures, such as breast augmentation and tummy tucks.

Their surgical team is the best for “Mommy Makeovers” and reconstructive procedures, making it appealing to those seeking a complete transformation.

Not only that, but they’re also equally famous for their “MedSpa” offerings. This is especially true for the Halo Hybrid fractional laser and nutrient injections.

The process at CAPS always prioritizes educating and managing realistic expectations. Patients we interviewed appreciate that they’re walked through every detail, including the preparation needed and recovery timelines.

However, they also mentioned that costs can be high and that not all services may be covered by insurance.

Pros

  • Over 50 years of experience
  • National recognition
  • Comprehensive aesthetic services
  • Expertise in reconstructive surgeries
  • Provides a clear understanding of the medical journey

Cons

  • Costs can be high

Always so kind, understanding, and helpful

“I have come here many times for various cosmetic needs. Dr wakelin is a wonderful surgeon who has delivered great results for me. Michelle Bloom is also my go-to for injectables. The entire staff is always so kind, understanding and helpful.”

Had such a great experience

“I saw Calvin today for Botox and filler and had such a great experience. He’s incredibly kind and patient, and really takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. I felt like I was in such good hands the entire time. He’s not just easy to talk to—he’s also really talented. His technique is super precise, and he clearly has a great eye for what looks natural and balanced. The results were exactly what I was hoping for, fresh and subtle, just a more rested version of me. I’m so glad I found him. Highly recommend.”

3. Juvly Aesthetics

juvly-aesthetics

Address: 40 W Gay St

Phone: +16145007000

Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM–6 PM

Website

Juvly is known for their aesthetic treatments with a spa-like environment and focus on non-surgical aesthetic care.

They emphasize heavily on the concept of tweaking, like those subtle changes that can significantly boost one’s confidence. Actually, they have a strict stance against that “overdone” look, but still ensure their treatments leave you looking amazing.

That’s why the clinic’s treatment menu mostly consists of the most popular non-invasive procedures today, like Sculptra and Kybella, as well as the non‑surgical facelift (JLyft).

Once you arrive, you’ll undergo a personalized assessment to evaluate your skin conditions and goals. Then the doctors take time to explain why a specific treatment is recommended for your anatomy.

And because some of the treatments require maintenance or multiple visits, patients appreciate that the clinic often runs promotions and membership perks that offer discounts (often 20% off!).

One thing to note, though, is that they tend to upsell other products and services that aren’t exactly necessary. Some clients just ignore this, but others find it adds unnecessary pressure to the experience.

Pros

  • Non-surgical specialization
  • Educational consultations
  • Frequent promotions (up to 20% discounts)
  • Spa-like environment

Cons

  • Upselling pressure

From start to finish, the specialist was fantastic

“I recently visited Addie (Adrienne) at the Juvly Downtown Columbus office for a microneedling session. From start to finish, she was fantastic—professional, attentive, and truly caring. She took the time to walk me through the entire procedure, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. During the treatment, she was very gentle, applying just the right amount of pressure and moving slowly and carefully, which really contributed to the great results. I was even happy to see that I had minimal bruising and swelling afterward, and those side effects only stuck around for a couple of days, so I could get back to my usual routine in no time.”

Their products are incredible and worth every penny

“Kasey and Taylor are simply the best! They are so personable and really listen to my concerns and beauty goals. I’ve been working with the Juvly team for going on 3 years now and have seen such a difference in my skin and facial structure. They helped put together a plan for my wedding in September and long-term care moving forward. Their products are incredible and worth every penny. Go see this team, you won’t regret it.”

4. Em + Zen Aesthetic Medicine

em-zen-aesthetic-medicine

Address: 3223 Tremont Rd, Upper Arlington

Phone: +16146739598

Business Hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 11 AM–5 PM
  • Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM

Website

The name itself tells what the clinic is all about: “Em” for medical expertise and “Zen” for a balanced approach to aging. The clinic was founded by Dr. Magdalena Gasiorova to combine treatments with a more mindful, patient-first approach.

We like that they always take stress levels, sleep, and recovery time into account, rather than pushing treatments that may not fit into someone’s daily life.

This makes them best for patients who prefer medically supervised care, meaning the relationship with the doctor is more direct. You’ll get advice for both aesthetics and overall health.

We love the ease of booking appointments through the website. Patients can even buy gift cards via external scheduling services. Additionally, one can take advantage of the new-client offer (up to 15% off all services).

The only thing we found shady is that patients would often arrive at a closed clinic, even though they arrived within the publicly listed office hours. This would often lead to missed appointments or confusion for some if schedules had changed.

Pros

  • Medical and personal balance in treatments
  • Curated plans
  • Direct physician care
  • No upselling
  • Easy website booking
  • New-client offer (up to 15% off)

Cons

  • Unreliable clinic availability

I’m always being told I look younger than I am

“No one I trust more with my face!  Dr. Maggie is brilliant, detailed and extremely credible. She’s not afraid to tell you “no”… which is important! The fillers, wrinkle relaxers, microneedling and salmon DNA have all “perfected” my look. Being a business owner leaves me exhausted, but I don’t look it and I’m always being told I look younger than I am. I send everyone here confidently.”

You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients

“I had my permanent makeup removal done using the Pico laser and couldn’t be more impressed. The nurse was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She explained the entire process and what to expect, which helped ease any nerves I had. She made me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. If you’re considering any kind of laser treatment, I highly recommend this med spa, professional, clean, and compassionate care from start to finish.”

5. Jiva Med Spa

jiva-med-spa

Address: 1127 Dublin Rd

Phone: +16144217546

Business Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9 AM–7 PM
  • Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

Website

Jiva Med Spa is another clinic that provides a holistic approach to every patient, which aims to rejuvenate both the body and mind.

The medical director and CEO, Dr. Rakesh Nanda, who is personally involved in the practice, would often interact with the patients even outside the sessions.

For the treatments, they offer almost any non-surgical procedure available. They are popular for their laser technology, having everything from tattoo removal to laser resurfacing and Botox.

They have also branched out to specialized wellness procedures, such as medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and even intimate wellness treatments in which many traditional medspas don’t offer.

Something that we really like is how they “bundle” their treatments to address multiple problems at once. For example, they often combine CoolSculpting with Z-Wave therapy to enhance fat reduction and improve skin firmness simultaneously.

While they do offer memberships and money banking options, we have been informed that the funds you deposit into their system are non-refundable and won’t be returned even if the services are unused.

Pros

  • Holistic patient care
  • Focuses on non-surgical treatments
  • High-tech tools
  • Convenient treatment bundle

Cons

  • No refund policy for the money banking system

I highly recommend going to the Jiva Med Spa

“I have had the pleasure of receiving full-body laser hair removal treatment from Erin Butler for almost a year now. She is very informative and always makes sure I am comfortable during my appointments. Not only that, she is a great conversationalist and works very diligently with me. I am always excited for my upcoming appointments because the staff provides a comfortable and accepting environment for anyone who walks through their doors. Whatever treatment you’re looking for, I highly recommend going to the Jiva Med Spa!”

The service was fantastic

“I had such a good experience with my HydraFacial! Brooklyn took great care of my skin, shared really useful tips, and suggested products that were perfect for my needs. The service was fantastic—definitely recommending it to others!”
