While the doctors and results are great overall, the same can’t be said for the front desk experience. Occasionally, the receptionist can come across as abrasive, making patients feel uncomfortable.

Their surgical team is the best for “Mommy Makeovers” and reconstructive procedures, making it appealing to those seeking a complete transformation.
Not only that, but they’re also equally famous for their “MedSpa” offerings. This is especially true for the Halo Hybrid fractional laser and nutrient injections.
The process at CAPS always prioritizes educating and managing realistic expectations. Patients we interviewed appreciate that they’re walked through every detail, including the preparation needed and recovery timelines.
However, they also mentioned that costs can be high and that not all services may be covered by insurance.

That’s why the clinic’s treatment menu mostly consists of the most popular non-invasive procedures today, like Sculptra and Kybella, as well as the non‑surgical facelift (JLyft).
Once you arrive, you’ll undergo a personalized assessment to evaluate your skin conditions and goals. Then the doctors take time to explain why a specific treatment is recommended for your anatomy.
And because some of the treatments require maintenance or multiple visits, patients appreciate that the clinic often runs promotions and membership perks that offer discounts (often 20% off!).
One thing to note, though, is that they tend to upsell other products and services that aren’t exactly necessary. Some clients just ignore this, but others find it adds unnecessary pressure to the experience.

We like that they always take stress levels, sleep, and recovery time into account, rather than pushing treatments that may not fit into someone’s daily life.
This makes them best for patients who prefer medically supervised care, meaning the relationship with the doctor is more direct. You’ll get advice for both aesthetics and overall health.
We love the ease of booking appointments through the website. Patients can even buy gift cards via external scheduling services. Additionally, one can take advantage of the new-client offer (up to 15% off all services).
The only thing we found shady is that patients would often arrive at a closed clinic, even though they arrived within the publicly listed office hours. This would often lead to missed appointments or confusion for some if schedules had changed.

The medical director and CEO, Dr. Rakesh Nanda, who is personally involved in the practice, would often interact with the patients even outside the sessions.
For the treatments, they offer almost any non-surgical procedure available. They are popular for their laser technology, having everything from tattoo removal to laser resurfacing and Botox.
They have also branched out to specialized wellness procedures, such as medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and even intimate wellness treatments in which many traditional medspas don’t offer.
Something that we really like is how they “bundle” their treatments to address multiple problems at once. For example, they often combine CoolSculpting with Z-Wave therapy to enhance fat reduction and improve skin firmness simultaneously.
While they do offer memberships and money banking options, we have been informed that the funds you deposit into their system are non-refundable and won’t be returned even if the services are unused.
