Columbus Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery has been operating for 25 years and is one of the top clinics in the Midwest. Both the practice and its surgeons have award-winning records in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
Apparently, CAPS is the no.1 provider of CoolSculpting in Ohio and ranks within the Top 10 in the U.S. They use the advanced Elite technology, which is more comfortable and cooling on the surface.
With this procedure, they are FDA-cleared to treat nine body areas, including the abdomen, arms, and thighs. You can tailor the treatment and target multiple areas at once.
Pricing is determined after a thorough consultation. But they are already known to have higher costs, and the treatment is not covered by insurance.
Nonetheless, we like that they frequently run promotions, just like their CoolMonth event, where they previously offered discounts of up to $800. Also, if you subscribe to the monthly membership, you can get 10% to 20% off the services.

For CoolSculpting, the clinic also uses the Elite version. In fact, it’s the first medical spa in Columbus to upgrade to these machines. And they have already completed over 6,000 treatments.
Alongside the CoolSculpting session, they often include Z Wave Q treatment at no additional cost to improve comfort and collagen boost. This eliminates the need for the usual post-treatment massage, which we heard can be pretty uncomfortable.
At Jiva, pricing for this procedure depends on the specific area being treated. For example, treatment for the arms and thighs costs around $3,000, while full-body coverage can reach up to $9,000.
They are generally more expensive compared to other providers, but many regular clients take advantage of rotating promotions and membership discounts.
Also, they have this beauty bank system. However, the funds you deposit are non-refundable, so you must use your credits before cancelling.

Monarch Aesthetic Medicine was founded in 2002, and it has become a go-to place for non-invasive fat reduction sessions. So besides the fat-freezing procedure, they can also do injectables, medical weight loss, and more.
We like that the clinic is actually a Crystal Award-winning CoolSculpting provider, which is a recognition given to practices with long experience in the procedure. This also means that it’s clearly one of their flagship treatments.
The treatment is often offered as a series of sessions, with each session scheduled 4 weeks apart. There’s no fixed timeline, and the duration depends on the client’s personal needs.
Every cycle costs around $800, and that’s actually quite reasonable, considering they use the Elite version. Not to mention, new patients get an introductory price, and regulars can invest in the money bank program for the follow-up sessions.
Overall, the doctors and the results are great. However, some patients reported rude and passive behavior from the reception staff, which can make the experience uncomfortable from the start.

One of the best-selling points for us was that the surgeons or specialists would assess the patients themselves. Plus, every treatment plan is individualized according to the needs of each client.
If you compare it to some med spas, which can sometimes be pushy with sales, Smith’s comes across as more medically structured and educational.
Thus, it’s no wonder that patients spoke highly of the clinic and their work. They mentioned that the doctors are very thorough and reassuring from the consultation to recovery.
And although they are generally viewed as a premium choice due to their experience, treatments like CoolSculpting are priced competitively with other high-end clinics.

This procedure is led by Nikki Rucinsky, often referred to as the “Master CoolSculptor,” who has years of experience using the technology.
And despite the premium feel, their cost per cycle is around $600 to $800, which is just about the average range in the city.
Most patients require around eight cycles, so they offer package pricing to help reduce the overall cost. And if you’re a new patient, you can apply for the Allē rewards program to get a $400 off voucher.
However, communication needs some improvement. Several clients experienced booking delays and difficulty getting responses on time when trying to confirm their appointments.
